𝗗𝗔𝗬–𝟮 𝗢𝗙 𝗙𝗖𝗣𝗔, 𝗢𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗔 𝗗𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗔 — 𝗔 𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦’ 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬!

Dear Comrades,

Today, 18 September 2026, the 2nd Day Dharna of FCPA, Odisha at Bhubaneswar witnessed a magnificent and militant response, with hundreds  of Civil Pensioners from different Pensioners’ Associations of Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and other districts joining the struggle. ✊🔥

Representatives from AIPRPA, Ganjam District Committee, Berhampur and Jajpur District Committee, along with many other associations, strengthened the collective voice of pensioners.

✊𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗮, 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺. 𝗥. 𝗡. 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗹, 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗿, 𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲. Com. Mahendra Parida, Coordinator of CTUs, Odisha and State General Secretary of AICCTU, inaugurated the Dharna.

The programme was addressed by Com. S. C. Dash, Com. Padmanav Dash, Com. Shiba Prasad Swain, Com. Sudhir Kumar Swain, Com. Debabrat Mohanty, Com. Gurukrushna Dash, Com. J. K. Mishra, Com. Dasarathi Nishan and others, who reinforced the determination of the pensioners’ movement. ✊🚩

🚩𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗪 — 𝟭𝟵 𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 — 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗔!

The concluding day will also be observed as the 59th Remembrance Day of the historic 19 September 1968 One-Day Strike, when our leaders and working people raised the powerful demands of Need-Based Minimum Wage as per the Aykroyd Formula, Neutralisation of DA and Wages for Extra-Departmental Agents (EDAs). ✊🚩
