Zonal Advisory Committee Meeting held with Addl. Director, CGHS, Bhubaneswar on 3rd June 2025

Dear Comrades,

Attended the Zonal Advisory Committee Meeting in the office of the Addl. Director, CGHS, Bhubaneswar on 3rd June 2025 accompanied with Com. Dipti Ranjan Mohanty, Com. Shyama Sunder Sahoo and Com. Sudhir Kumar Swain on behalf of Confederation of Central Govt Employees and Workers, Odisha State CoC and AIPRPA, Odisha.

 Discussed on our 12 point Charter of Demands already submitted since 24th May 2025 with intimation to adopt trade union activities including demonstration and dharna on 10th June 2025 if not discussed with us. Similar issues had also raised from other pensioners' associations, mainly on the difficulties created after migration of HMIS from NIC to C-DAC. Satisfactory discussions were held under the Chairmanship of Dr. Hari Singh, Addl. Director accompanied with Dr. Kar, Dr. Mohanty, pharmacist Sri N C Behera and Office Asst. Sri Babulal Seth from Official Side.

 Overall, as discussed with positive assurances, the panic situation is being normalised and regular supply of medicines will be restored within this week. Problems of CGHS WC-III were assured to be sorted out. Most of the issues are with the C-DAC Team controlled by the CGHS Directorate which is being consulted regularly by the AD, as told. For the time being we decided to postpone the agitational programme scheduled on 10th June 2025. Details will be posted in Confederation Odisha State CoC website on receipt of the minutes.
