Joint Biennial Conference of P-III, P-IV, GDS and Pensioners of Dhenkanal Division conducted successfully on 07.05.2023.

 Dear Comrades,

The Joint Biennial Conference of P-III, P-IV, GDS and Pensioners of Dhenkanal Division was conducted successfully in Old Zilla Parishad Hall, Dhenkanal on 07.05.2023.

While Com. Suryakanta Sahoo, DS, P-III Dhenkanal Division gave the welcome speech, Com. Dipti Ranjan Samanta gave the brief intriduction of the guests and invitees and managed the Conference very nicely begining bud ending.

Com. R N Dhal, President Confederation of Central Govt. Employees and Workers Odisha State CoC inaugurated the Open Session of the  Conference and Com. Bruhaspati Samal, General Secretary addressed as the Chief Guest. A

mong others, Com. R C Bohidar, CS P-III, Com. D R Mohanty, ACS P-III, Com. Lingaraj Sahoo, Fin. Secy, P-III, Com. Rajib Nayak, ACS P-IV, Com. P K Sahoo, Ex-DS / President, P-III, Dhenkanal, Com. Upendra Sahoo, Ex-DS, P-III, Dhenkanal addressed the Conference apart from the DS, P-III, P-IV and GDS, Dhenkanal Division.

The Conference felicitated Com. Bruhaspati Samal, Ex- Circle Secretary, P-III and Ex- Leader (Staff Side), RJCM, Odisha who is at present the General Secretary, Confederation of Central Govt. Employees and Workers, Odisha State CoC.

The Confeference was presided over by Com. Chandra Sekhar Singh, President, P-III, Dhenkanal Division and vote of thanks was given by Com. Dipti Ranjan Samanta.

In the 2nd session,  new  sets of office bearers for each cadre were unanimiusly elected for the ensuing session.
