News from AIPRPA, CHQ
First Meeting of AIPRPA held with DoP&PW 23.01.2024!
Today at 3.00 P.M the DoP&PW Officer Ms.Ramanjit Kaur held the first Meeting with the newly selected Pensioners Associations to have an interactive session to inform the registration process in Darpan Portal to us. In detail the process was explained and it was agreed to send by email the soft copy of the process so sign up too. AIPRPA was represented by the CHQ President Comrade K.Ragavendran and the General Secretary Comrade D.K.Debnath. Shortly we will submit required forms in Portal as sought for. The Government will sanction grants to the tune of 75,000/-every year to our Association.
Tomorrow there is another meeting to be taken by the Secretary DoP&PW Shri. V.Srinivas with us on the issue of 100% saturation approach for submission of Life Certificate by Pensioners.
AIPRPA is registered now in the Pensioners Portal and therefore the Association is invited by the Department of Pension to these meetings.

Secretary DoP&PW Meets all Pensioners Associations on DLC on 24.01.2024!
Shri.V.Srivinivas Secretary Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare took a meeting with all Pensioners Associations in the Pensioners Portal today. On behalf of AIPRPA both Comrades K.Ragavendran CHQ President and D.K.Debnath General Secretary represented in the meeting.
The emphasis was on obtaining Digital Life Certificates from Pensioners who are yet to submit. Though lakhs of Pensioners from Central Government and State Government and others have submitted their DLC, the issue is that still several lakhs of Pensioners have not submitted.
From the Postal & RMS alone it was ascertained in the meeting that more than a lakh of Pensioners have not yet submitted their life certificates. Though our comrades hardly trying to reach out all Pensioners to submit in time, the task is stupendous and we could not do so.
Now it is a task on our AIPRPA to reach out all those Pensioners especially from the Postal Department. Time is given up to March 2024. Before that time we have to approach all pensioners from the Postal Department and encourage them to submit their Life Certificate either Digitally or Manually. They cant draw their monthly pension if they failed to do so.
Please take the task very important and try to reach out all Pensioners whether they are our members or not. As the task is very hard and from all States, the General Secretary will shortly write to the Department also to use all their energies and cooperate with us too in this great task.
Our aim is not a single Pensioner from the Postal Department should remain in the condition that he or she has not submitted the Life Certificate before March 31st.

ବୈଠକରେ ଗୃହୀତ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି:
👍କର୍ପୋରେଟ ଲୁଣ୍ଠନକାରୀ, ସମାଜ ବିଭାଜନକାରୀ କୃଷକ-ଶ୍ରମିକ ବିରୋଧୀ, ଜନ ବିରୋଧୀ, ଜାତୀୟତା ବିରୋଧୀ ଏବଂ ଗଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ବିପନ୍ନକାରୀ ମୋଦି ସରକାରଙ୍କ ନିତୀ ବିରୋଧରେ "କର୍ପୋରେଟ ଲୁଣ୍ଠନ ବନ୍ଦ କର - ଦେଶ ବଞ୍ଚାଅ - ଶ୍ରମିକ ବଞ୍ଚାଅ - କୃଷକ ବଞ୍ଚାଅ" ଆହ୍ୱାନରେ 16 ଫେବୃଆରୀ 2024ରେ ଦେଶଵ୍ୟାପୀ ହରତାଳ / ଧର୍ମଘଟ /ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ଭାରତ ବନ୍ଦ ସଂଗଠିତ କରାଯିବ l

ଓଡିଶାରେ ରାଜଧାନୀ ସମେତ ସମସ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ହେଡ଼ କ୍ୱାର୍ଟର /ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳ (ମହାନଗର ନିଗମ, ମୁନିସିପାଲିଟି ଏବଂ ଏନଏସି), ବ୍ଳକ ହେଡ଼ କ୍ୱାର୍ଟର / ଗ୍ରାମ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ / ସୋସାଇଟି / ଧାନମଣ୍ଡି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ କୃଷକ, ଶ୍ରମିକ, କର୍ମଚାରୀ, ସ୍କିମ ଶ୍ରମିକ, କୃଷି ଶ୍ରମିକ, ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ମଜଦୁର, ମହିଳା, ଯୁବ, ଛାତ୍ର, ଆଦିବାସୀ, ଦଳିତ ତଥା ସକଳ ସ୍ତରର ନାଗରିକ ମାନେ ମିଳିତ ଭାବେ ପଟୁଆର/ଧାରଣା/ବିକ୍ଷୋଭ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ଏବଂ ସଭା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ବହୁବିଧ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ସଂଗଠିତ କରିବେ l ଯେଉଁଠି ସମ୍ଭବ ଧର୍ମଘଟ/ବନ୍ଦ ଭଳି ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ ରହିବ l
ଏହାକୁ ସଫଳ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିମ୍ନମତେ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୋଇଛି l
1) ରାଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ତରର ବୈଠକ ଭଳି ଅନୁରୂପ ଭାବେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା/ସହର/ ବ୍ଲକ ସ୍ତରରେ ଶ୍ରମିକ, କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏବଂ କୃଷକ ସଂଗଠନମାନଙ୍କର ମିଳିତ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ବୈଠକ ଜାନୁଆରୀ 31ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଶେଷ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ ନେବେ l ବୈଠକ ପରେ ଗଣ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ବିବୃତ୍ତି ଦିଆଯିବ l
2) ଏକ ଦାବି ଭିତ୍ତିକ ନମୁନା ପ୍ରଚାର ପତ୍ର ଖୁବ ଶୀଘ୍ର ପଠାଯିବ l ଏହାକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଅଂଶୀଦାର ସଂଗଠନ ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ଛାପି ବଣ୍ଟନ କରିବେ l
ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଭାବେ ହାତଲେଖା ପୋଷ୍ଟର କରି ମାରିବେ l ସାମାଜିକ ଗଣ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ପୋଷ୍ଟର, ଅଡିଓ ଏବଂ ଭିଡିଓ କରି ପ୍ରଚାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ ରହିବ l
3) ଫେବୃଆରୀ 1 ତାରିଖ ଠାରୁ 15 ତାରିଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗାଁ, ଧାନ ମଣ୍ଡି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର, ସହରର ବସ୍ତି ଅଞ୍ଚଳ, ବଜାର ଛକ, ବସ ଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡ, ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନ, ହାଟ, ଶିଳ୍ପାଞ୍ଚଳ, କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଅଫିସ ଏବଂ କାରଖାନାର ଗେଟ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ଇତ୍ୟାଦିକୁ ପ୍ରଚାରର କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଭାବେ ପଥ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତ ସଭା, ସାଧାରଣ ବୈଠକ, ମାଇକ ପ୍ରଚାର, ପଟୁଆର ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ସୁନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଏବଂ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବେ ସଂଗଠିତ କରିବେ l
ଘରକୁ ଘର ଯାଇ ପ୍ରଚାର ପତ୍ର ବାଣ୍ଟିଲେ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସମ୍ପର୍କ ଆହୁରି ଜୀବନ୍ତ ହୋଇ ପାରିବ l
14 ଫେବୃଆରୀ 15 ଫେବୃଆରୀରେ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ଆଧାରରେ ମଶାଲ ପଟୁଆର ସଂଗଠିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଚେଷ୍ଟା ରହିବ l
4) ଓଡିଶାର ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳ / ଶିଳ୍ପାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଏହି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଶ୍ରମିକ ସଂଗଠନମାନଙ୍କର ମିଳିତ ମଞ୍ଚ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଭୂମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ କିଷାନ ମୋର୍ଚ୍ଚା ଏବଂ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ସଂଗଠନମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସମନ୍ୱୟ / ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ ରଖି କାମ କରିବେ l
ଠିକ ସେହିଭଳି ଓଡିଶାର ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ କିଷାନ ମୋର୍ଚ୍ଚା ଅର୍ଥାତ କୃଷକ ସଂଗଠନ ମାନେ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଭୂମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ସମସ୍ତ ଶ୍ରମିକ ସଂଗଠନ, ଏଥି ସହିତ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ସ୍କିମ, ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ, ଠିକା ଶ୍ରମିକ, କୃଷି ଶ୍ରମିକ, ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ମଜଦୁର ଇତ୍ୟାଦିଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସମନ୍ୱୟ / ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ ରଖି ଗ୍ରାମୀଣ ବନ୍ଦ ଡାକରାକୁ ସଫଳ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କାମ କରିବାକୁ ହେବ l
5) ଫେବୃଆରୀ 10 ତାରିଖ ବେଳକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ / ଜିଲ୍ଲା / ବ୍ଳକ ସ୍ତରରେ ବିଧିବଦ୍ଧ ଭାବେ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ ସଂଗଠିତ କରାଯିବ l
6) ଓଡିଶାରେ ଏହି ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନକୁ ସଫଳ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବିଜେପି ବ୍ୟତୀତ ସମସ୍ତ ରାଜନୈତିକ ଦଳ ମାନଙ୍କର ସମର୍ଥନ ପାଇଁ ଆମର ନିବେଦନ ରହିବ l ଏହି ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ଏକ ମିଳିତ ଚିଠି ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ରାଜନୈତିକ ଦଳର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ l
7) ଉଭୟ ଡାକରାରେ ଯୁବ, ଛାତ୍ର, ମହିଳା, ଶିକ୍ଷକ, ଆଦିବାସୀ, ଦଳିତ, କଳା, ସାହିତ୍ୟ, ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ସଂଗଠନ, ବୁଦ୍ଧିଜୀବୀ, ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ବିଶେଷ ଏବଂ ସକଳ ସ୍ତରର ଗଣତାନ୍ତ୍ରିକ ଶକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ତରରୁ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ସ୍ତର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିଧିବଦ୍ଧ ଭାବେ ସାମିଲ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆମର ନିଷ୍ଠାପର ଉଦ୍ୟମ ରହିବ l
(ଖ) 26 ଜାନୁଆରୀ କିଷାନ-ମଜଦୁର ପଟୁଆର:
26 ଜାନୁଆରୀ 2024 ରେ 75ତମ ସାଧାରଣତନ୍ତ୍ର ଦିବସ ଉପଲକ୍ଷେ ଅପରାହ୍ନରେ ଅର୍ଥାତ ସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ପରେ ଜାତୀୟ ପତାକା ଧରି ଓଡିଶାର ରାଜଧାନୀ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ସମେତ ସମସ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସଦର ମହକୁମା/ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳ / ବ୍ଲକ ସ୍ତରରେ ଟ୍ରାକ୍ଟର ପଟୁଆର / ବାଇକ ପଟୁଆର / ସାଇକେଲ ପଟୁଆର / ପଦଯାତ୍ରା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ଜରିଆରେ କିଷାନ-ମଜଦୁର ପଟୁଆର ସଂଗଠିତ କରାଯିବ l 26 ଜାନୁଆରୀ ପାଇଁ ହାତରେ ସମୟ କମ ରହିଛି l ତଥାପି ଏହାକୁ ସଫଳ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ ନିଆଯାଉ l

👍ରାଜ୍ୟ ରାଜଧାନୀ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରରେ ଜାନୁଆରୀ 26 ତାରିଖ ଅପରାହ୍ନ 4ଘଟିକାରେ ମାଷ୍ଟର କ୍ୟାଣ୍ଟିନ ଛକ ଠାରେ ସମସ୍ତେ ସମବେତ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ହୋଇଛି l ଗୋଟିଏ ମିଳିତ ବ୍ୟାନର ରହିବ l ପ୍ରତ୍ୟୋକ ସଂଗଠନ ଜାତୀୟ ପତାକା ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ଆଣିବେ l ମାଷ୍ଟର କ୍ୟାଣ୍ଟିନ ଛକ ଠାରୁ ପଟୁଆର ବାହାରି ରାଜମହଲ ଛକ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଯିବ l ସେଠାରୁ ପୁଣି ମାଷ୍ଟର କ୍ୟାଣ୍ଟିନ ଛକ ଆସି ଏକ ସଂକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ସଭା ସଂଗଠିତ କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ସମାପନ କରାଯିବ l
ଏଥିରେ ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ଆମ ସଂଗଠନ ମାନଙ୍କର ସଭ୍ୟ, ସମର୍ଥକ ସହିତ ମିଳିତ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନର ବନ୍ଧୁ ଏବଂ ଶୁଭେଛୁ ମାନଙ୍କ ଯୋଗଦାନ ପାଇଁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ ନେବେ l ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ମିଳିତ ଟ୍ରେଡ଼ ୟୁନିୟନ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ର ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ନେତୃବୃନ୍ଦ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସମନ୍ୱୟ / ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରିବା ସହିତ ପଟୁଆରର ସଫଳତା ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ଆନୁସଙ୍ଗିକ ବନ୍ଦୋବସ୍ତ / ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ l
ଉଭୟ ଡାକରାରେ ଯୁବ, ଛାତ୍ର, ମହିଳା, ଶିକ୍ଷକ, ଆଦିବାସୀ, ଦଳିତ, କଳା, ସାହିତ୍ୟ, ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ସଂଗଠନ, ବୁଦ୍ଧିଜୀବୀ, ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିବିଶେଷ ଏବଂ ସକଳ ସ୍ତରର ଗଣତାନ୍ତ୍ରିକ ଶକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ସାମିଲ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆମର ନିଷ୍ଠାପର ଉଦ୍ୟମ ରହିବ l

ଦେଶର ଅସାଧାରଣ ଏବଂ ଅତି କଠିନ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଆମେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଅବଗତ ଅଛନ୍ତି l ପରିସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ବ୍ୟାଖ୍ୟା କରିବା ସହିତ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ବଦଳାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଆଜିର ପରିସ୍ଥିତିରେ ମିଳିତ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱକୁ ଉପଲବ୍ଧି କରି ଲଗାତାର ଭାବେ ଅଭିଯାନ ଜାରି ରହିଛି l 2024 ଲୋକସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ମୋଦି ସରକାର ବିରୋଧରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ନିରନ୍ତର ସଙ୍ଘର୍ଷର ଏହା ହେବ ବୃହତ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନାତ୍ମକ ଅଭିଯାନ l ମୋଦି ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଏକଛତ୍ରବାଦୀ-ସାମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟିକ ଜନ ବିରୋଧୀ ନିତୀକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିବା ହେଉଛି ଆଜିର ଆହ୍ୱାନ l

The joint State level meeting of SKM, CTUs and Independent Federations held in INTUC Office, Bhubaneswar on 20.01.2024 to bring a thundering success to the proposed Sectoral Strike and Grameen Bandh on 16th February, 2016 against the anti-people, anti-workers, anti-employees, anti-farmers policies of the Central Govt.
The joint State level meeting of all Central Trade Unions (except BMS), independent Federations (CCGE&W, OSGECC under AISGEF, BEFI etc.) and Sanjukta Kishan Morcha (SKM) was held in INTUC office Master Canteen Square, Bhubaneswar 751001 on 20th January , 2024 to discuss on the proposed joint rally of CTUs, SKM and Federations on 26th January, 2024 and to organize the Sectoral Strike / Gramin Bandh with countrywide picketing and hartal on 16th February, 2024 as decided by the apex level body at New Delhi.
The meeting was presided over by Sri Rama Ch Khuntia, All India Vice President of INTUC and State President.
On behalf of Confederation of C G Employees and Workers, Odisha State CoC, myself and Com R N Dhal , our State President attended and suggested some modifications like converting the Garmeen Bandh to Bharat Bandh for successful implementation of the programme by the serving employees which was taken note of by the President with assurance to intimate the CHQ.
While it was unanimously decided to hold a joint rally/ procession (preferably Bike Rally) on 26th instant in Bhubaneswar at 4 PM from Master Canteen Square to Raj Mahal Square with instructions to conduct the same at District level organizing Conventions by 31st January 2024 highlighting the anti-people, anti-farmers, anti-workers, anti-employees and anti-nation policies of BJP Government to save our people and Constitution.
