Joint Lunch Hour Demonstration by Confederation, NCCPA / FCPA and JCPE, Odisha conducted successfully in the premises of the Chief PMG Office, Bhubaneswar on 16 October 2026 demanding immediate declaration of due installment of DA / DR from July 2026 and PLB for 2025-26.

𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗙𝗘𝗟𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗜𝗥 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣!

Dear Comrades,

The Joint Lunch Hour Demonstration organised by the Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers, NCCPA / FCPA and JCPE, Odisha, was successfully conducted on 16 October 2026 in the premises of the Chief Postmaster General’s Office, Bhubaneswar.

The demonstration witnessed the participation of nearly 50 representatives from the affiliated organisations, united in raising their voices for:

✊ Immediate declaration and payment of the due DA/DR instalment from July 2026.

✊ Immediate declaration of Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) for 2025–26.

I convey my sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to all participating organisations, their esteemed leaders, office-bearers and every comrade whose active participation, solidarity and commitment made today's programme a success.

Your presence has once again demonstrated that UNITY IS OUR STRENGTH AND COLLECTIVE STRUGGLE IS OUR WEAPON!
